Pest Control Emergency?
WDO/WDI Real Estate Inspections
A WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspection, also known as a WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspection, covers the visually accessible areas of a home. The inspection and follow-up report will detail any evidence of termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and the wood boring beetle. The inspection will also point out conditions that could potentially lead to infestation, such as firewood in or around the home, landscaping, etc. All WDI/WDO inspections use a report format recognized in most states and is the preferred report format for FHA, HUD and VA mortgages.
